Guest Agreement & Release

By submitting this form, I agree to the following terms:

1. Content Use
   I grant ResultsMatter Podcast (hereinafter “Podcast”) permission to record, use, edit, and distribute my appearance, voice, and any content I provide during the podcast episode in any form or medium, including but not limited to audio, video, and transcripts.

2. License to Use
   I hereby grant the Podcast a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use my name, likeness, voice, image, biography, and any content I contribute for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes related to the Podcast, including social media, website, and other forms of distribution.

3. No Compensation
   I understand that my participation in the Podcast is voluntary and that I will not receive any financial compensation for my appearance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Confidentiality and Sensitive Information
   I agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information belonging to my business, clients, or other parties, unless I have obtained prior written consent for such disclosure. The Podcast will not be held responsible for the sharing of any confidential information by me during the interview.

5. Release of Liability
   I release and discharge ResultsMatter Podcast, its hosts, producers, and any associated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to the recording, distribution, and use of my content on the Podcast.

6. Right to Edit
   I acknowledge that the Podcast may edit my appearance for clarity, brevity, or technical quality, and that I have no right to review, approve, or amend the final version of the episode.

7. Respectful Participation
   I agree to engage respectfully during the recording of the podcast and understand that any offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior may result in my exclusion from the podcast episode and potential legal consequences.

8. Acknowledgement of Terms
   By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms above, and I voluntarily consent to my participation in the Podcast under these conditions.
